Hi, I'm Riley and welcome to my little corner of the internet.
I’m so happy you found your way here, and I can’t wait to share a little about myself with you (get ready for some rambling, haha)! My heart loves capturing all the moments—big, small, joyful, messy, and everything in between. Whether it’s a family session, photos with your grandma, kids playing at the playground, or even an extended family gathering with 20 people, my answer is always the same: YESSSSS! If there’s someone (or something) you love, they absolutely deserve to have beautiful photos to hold onto.
Photography wasn’t something I planned on, but it quickly became a passion I can’t imagine life without. I’ve always had an artsy side, but the journey really began when my best friend asked me to take maternity photos for her. At the time, we thought they were amazing—looking back, well, let’s just say I’ve definitely grown as a photographer! But from that moment, something magical happened: people started asking me to take their photos too, and here I am, living my dream of capturing special moments for others.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m the Director of Programming for Wheeling Heritage, and I’m a mom to two wild, wonderful kiddos who keep me on my toes. And here’s something else—before I ever picked up a camera, I was a kindergarten teacher! So, if you’ve got little ones who might be a little squirmy during our session, don’t worry! I’ve got you covered.
Photography is a side gig for me, so if you don’t hear back from me immediately, please don’t be sad! Life can get a bit busy, but I promise, I always love hearing from you and will get back to you as soon as I can. Don’t hesitate to message me again if you’re waiting for a response—I promise I won’t forget you!
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I can’t wait to work with you to capture memories that will last a lifetime.

Fun Facts
Sweets.
Anyone who knows me knows I have a sweet tooth the size of Texas. Even Texas might not be big enough! I crave a little somethin' sweet all the time. Currently nibbling on m&ms. I also say that if I could have any job it would be an ice cream flavor creator and namer. Ben & Jerry's--call me! I have seven years of Cold Stone Creamery under my belt for reference.
Cats.
I love all animals. I really, really do! BUT, cats are just my favorite. SHH! Don't tell my golden retriever. I have three kitties at home and they bring me so much joy. And no, my cats and dog don't just lay around in a big puddle of snuggles like I dreamed they would when I adopted all of these babies.
Emojis.
It is NEARLY impossible for me to send a text message without an emoji. Is this a bad thing, though?! I am just very expressive! Lol. My favorite and most frequented emojis are the smiley with the jazz hands reaching out and the girl that's like "I don't know" with her arms. I'm not Italian, yet I guess I talk with my hands. (girl idk-ing emoji)
Client Love
I knew from the moment we booked our session with Riley that we were in good hands. She was so kind and flexible with planning everything, gave us great recommendations for locations and outfits, and seemed genuinely excited to meet us and photograph our growing family! We can't wait until next time!!!
